Iniziativa segreto bancario - UDC e Lega dei Ticinesi
L’UDC ticinese, in accordo con la Lega dei Ticinesi, promuoverà l’iniziativa per ancorare il segreto transfer to the Constitution Svizzera.Tale position has been repeatedly advocated and supported by the National Party, which was refused by the Federal proposta.La this situation that has arisen, does not allow more than prevarication over, and it will be the people decide! This initiative is a strong message to those who want to target Switzerland in search of solutions to its problems.

Here is the text of the popular initiative to amend the Constitution:
Federal Popular Initiative "Hands off the banking secrecy!"
The Constitution of April 18, 1999 is amended as follows:
Art. 13 Protezione della sfera privata e garanzia del segreto bancario (nuovo)

Art. 13 cpv. 3 (nuovo)
3 Ognuno ha diritto alla segretezza delle sue relazioni d’affari con le banche autorizzate ad operare in Svizzera. Senza il suo consenso, nessuna informazione sarà trasmessa a una entità estera o a un’autorità federale non vincolata dal al segreto bancario.
Art. 13 cpv. 4 (nuovo)
4 Il segreto bancario non copre attività criminali come terrorismo, crimine organizzato, riciclaggio di denaro e la Svizzera assicura assistenza all’autorità estera quando l’attività perseguita sia punibile dal diritto interno (principio of double criminality).
Art. 13 para. 5 (new) 5
The law provides for measures to ensure that the guarantee of bank secrecy be circumvented for purposes of tax investigation. The court may review the offense given by the requesting State.
