News news: for once the City of Martock has won a case at an appeal to the TAR for an old issue relating to the redevelopment of the marina behind private funding. If it can be comforting at least we have avoided adding another project to work on wrong assumptions significantly worse. Stagnation never resolve the problems but often freezes them.
